This policy explains how EntGrove LLC ("EntGrove", "we", "us") handles information across groverealms.com and the Grove Realms family of sites. Each realm — RuneGrove and GenieGrove — also publishes its own detailed privacy policy covering features unique to that service (such as accounts, subscriptions, and integrations). This page covers the Grove Realms landing site itself.

Information you provide

Browsing the Grove Realms landing site does not require an account. If you choose to sign in with MyGrove (our shared identity provider, at accounts.groverealms.com) to view or manage your account here, we receive your MyGrove identity — your email address and display name — and, if you have a Grove+ membership, your subscription status. If you email us (for example, to suggest a realm or contact support), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our analytics providers automatically collect basic technical information when you visit:

• Pages visited and links clicked
• Device and browser type, operating system, and screen size
• Approximate location derived from your IP address
• Referring website and access times

Signing in with MyGrove

MyGrove is the identity provider that powers sign-in across the Grove Realms family, operated by EntGrove LLC. When you sign in here, groverealms.com sets a session cookie on groverealms.com that identifies you to this site only; it holds no password and is cleared when you sign out. Your subscription and billing details are held by our payment processor, Stripe, and by the realm where you originally subscribed — groverealms.com reads that information to show it to you, and does not store your payment details itself.

• To respond to messages you send us

Children's privacy

The Grove Realms landing site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site links to our realms and to external sites (including Riot Games and The Walt Disney Company). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate; please review their policies.
